Dr. Anne Klose grew up in England, the youngest of three girls in an Anglican clergy household. She came to Brisbane with her family for the last year of high school—and met Jesus, and her husband-to-be on an ISCF school camp on Mt Tamborine! She and Peter now have two adult sons, two delightful daughters-in-law and a grandson.
Anne graduated with a BA (Hons Psych) in 1981 and moved to Central Qld where she worked as a counselling psychologist for 15 years. The family returned to Brisbane 15 years ago and Anne took up a role as a Personal Formation Director for Australian College of Ministries (ACOM). She remained in this role for seven years. Anne studied for her MTh with the Brisbane College of Theology (2005-2009) and a PhD in Practical Theology (Baptist Ecclesiology) at the University of Queensland, which she completed in 2013. Anne is a part-time lecturer at Malyon College.
Anne and Peter worship at Gateway Baptist where Anne chairs the Practical Theology Advisory Resource Group, mentors, and occasionally preaches. She loves social coffee-drinking and good books.
Anne is a Board Member and part-time lecturer at Malyon College. She attends Gateway Baptist Church.
